MADELINE PEREZ, LCSW

Madeline Perez, Colombia University graduate, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has over thirty years of experience in the field of addiction and mental health services.

 

 As a social worker whose career has been dedicated to advocating for those facing social injustices and health disparities, she welcomes the opportunity to work alongside visionaries such as Dr. Taveras, who seeks to improve the quality of life through his service constituents.

DEIDRE FORBES LCSW, CASAC-2

Deirdre Forbes has been working in the field of substance use disorders for more than 15 years. Her training and work have primarily been with individuals who suffer from co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. She has worked at a variety of non-profits in the Metro area. She began her career at Mt. Sinai Hospital and retired from the James J. Peters / Bronx, VA 2 years ago, where she worked with homeless veterans.

RODNEY CAMPOS, MD

In 1991, Dr. Campos graduated from Temple University Medical School. He completed a residency in Psychiatry at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in 1995 and went on to complete a Fellowship in Addiction Medicine at Mount Sinai School of Medicine/ Bronx Veteran`s Association Hospital from 1995-1996.


Fortunately, he also had the opportunity to work at New Directions Drug Rehabilitation Program, Bronx Veteran`s Hospital, El Regreso Inc. Residential Drug Treatment Program and Brooklynn Center for Psychotherapy. After all these years of experience, he joined the staff of Dr. Fernando Taveras at Centro Medico Dominicano as a psychiatric consultant and helped develop the drug rehabilitation program My Hope 2020.
